Non-guaranteed arrival
A reserved room will be held until 6 p.m. on the arrival date, unless a later arrival time has been agreed. The hotel shall be entitled to let the room to another guest after 6 p.m.
Guaranteed arrival
Guaranteed arrival ensures that the room will be held after 6 p.m. on the arrival date. In the event of the guest failing to arrive and of the room not having been cancelled, the guest is, as the guarantor, liable to pay for the room. The hotel shall be entitled, in connection with guaranteed reservations, to request a credit card number, purchase order number or travel agency IATA number to ensure the guarantor can be debited for the room.
Access to the room
The room is at the guest?s disposal from 2 p.m. on the arrival date until 12 noon on the departure date, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation
Rooms may be cancelled free of charge before 6 p.m. on the arrival date. If arrival has been guaranteed and cancellation is not effected before this time, the hotel shall be entitled to charge the guest for the room.
Payment
We accept cash, Finnish debitcards and the following credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard and Visa. Unless otherwise agreed, payment will be requested upon arrival at the hotel, or a credit card impression taken upon arrival at the hotel, with final settlement being made upon departure. If invoicing has been agreed in writing, full payment shall be made no later than 7 days from the invoice date. An invoicing charge will be added. Penalty interest, will be levied after the due date in the event of late payment
